F/S PI Torque Converter

I have a 2800-3000 Precision Industries Billet torque converter. It is equipped with the multi disc third clutch plate.

I have 400 miles on it.

I'll take $450 or best offer.

What does the fact that it has the "multi disc third clutch plate" really mean? Is there an advantage? What would it be otherwise? Why are you selling? The "400" miles weren't a 1/4 mile at a time right?
