Brakes

Anybody know where to get a good deal on brakes? Pads, rotors? Pretty much online unless you know somewhere in San Antonio.

get you some Hawk HPS or HP+ pads
you can get the HPS from Pepboys if you have one in your area.
the HP+ are better and you can get them at Modern Performance.

the brakes have a break in procedure.
and you'll find they squeek alot but have violent stopping power. they will lock up the tires if you press hard enough.

exp. i helped 505streetracer put them on his car and broke them in for him and i made him hit his head on the A-piller :rofl:


EDIT:
if your rotors arent worped then just resurface them and reuse them unless you want drilled slotted rotors then just look on ebay i got a set from them and still stop great!!!

We have a few options for pads from Stillen, EBC and Hawk. Rotors from EBC, Powerslot, Power Stop, and Cragar.
