Actually I havent put that many miles on it yet. But so far its very responsive. Down low its got much more for say passing at part throttle then the old kit did. It builds boost like a roots style should. Quick and effortless. Up top the old kit pulled a slight bit more but only after 5000. 3 extra psi will do that Im gonna try to get some miles on her a bit but im in vegas next weekend so its mostly stop and go bs I have noticed that with my meth and their setup that the intake temps are very very stable. Under boost im seeing 104-106 off boost it will climb a bit to say 125 but right back down into that 110 range when moving.
Well that's cool and all. But I'm wondering about part throttle driveability. So far I've heard no complaints. But your the only guy that I know that has run two tuners products on the vortex (and yes I know tuner #2 never got finished up) and now this. Just wondering what you've noticed so far.
well then hows this... vortech with vortechs tune Decent power (480) very little timing on roll in and slow to build power. vortech with Lafrads tune w/meth 8psi (507hp)(497tq) well adjusted and power came on faster. Made great power from 4500 up when it built more then 5psi. Pulled like a freight train from there up. Down low was ok. Techco with Techoco tune w/meth 5psi (505hp)(470tq) power is there if you touch the gas. It comes on really quick. The peak number for tq is lower then my previous best but it made 40 tq more up until 4500 then the vortech kit took over. This is noticeable when passing in the wrong gear or letting the tranny shift for you. Its smooth until you go past 1/2 throttle. Then its a kick in the ass! Thats what I got so far. Like I said so far ive got maybe 125-150 miles on her and 110 of that was driving home in traffic. I will say this however Ralph pulled about 1/4 of a car on me from 80-120 on the freeway. I think if it was from a dig and we both got traction I could pull out but then he could reel me back in. The difference of 3psi though...This kit at 8psi will be a whole different story! Because the power comes on so quickly, I've found that with these types of superchargers, part throttle driveability is much better using auto stick.

Cam is declining... what is this world coming to... Cam it will only want o to get an SRT and if you mod it half as much as your RT.. damm... speed of light son... probably no more burned up power steering pumps or other issues either...
