I was stationed at Patrick AFB at one point. It seemed cool enough. Cocoa Beach was a good time.

Bah I'm the only SRT-6 in Naples, there's only one in Ft Myers, and one more out in Cape Coral. Trust me, you'll be a rarity no matter where you go.

We had 8 SRT-6's show up, it was awesome!

 

Maybe I will just have to settle for roadtripping to the next FL GTG. I will have to twist some arms, but I bet I can talk someone into an all-expense paid trip to florida. :thumb2:

 

Yeah it was definitely awesome at the GTG. Great planning on The Toy's part. I really hope we can coordinate another soon enough. Maybe by June sometime.?

Next time I will get someone to film a lot in the stands.

An idea would be to maybe "pool" together and have a private track day. I am sure there would be a lot more logistics involved, but well worth it. Just a thought.

Benflitv, I'm up for a private track day. Just as I was getting comfortable taking those corners and wanting to go faster, we were pulling off the track :wallbash:

You might be seeing me at the 1/4 mile track in Orlando. After seeing the Needswings intake on essareteesicks's baby, I'm gettting the mod and race itch.

 

You really should some down if you can. It was a blast.

Besides, we could use another graphite coupe. :viking:

 

We should try to plan a Wed night Orlando Drag GTG one week in the near future before the temps get to high on a daily basis. I'd like to get a few runs in before any other mods are done.

 

Orlando is waaay closer than Smyrna so I'd be all over it. Aside from that, I haven't gotten the chance to run on a 1/4 mile track. I'm dying to know what times I can pull off.

 

I'm up for a drag day. I just love meeting up with other folks with xf's.

Going down I-4 (behind Sicks the majority) at an average of 90mph was also an experience. I even have a Valentine 1, but who knows about FHP. On a side note, I may pull that soon and get the full K40 Calibre setup. Well worth it from the research so far.

That would be cool if we could get like at least five SRT's at Bithlo. If I need to do anything to help, I am willing.

P.S. Sicks is crazy/complicated. Ha.

 

I'm up for one too! So you, Toy, sicks and me would make four. I'd be great to race each other. I'm stock right now, how about you? Toy and sicks have CAI's, so they can go head-to-head and it would be a good race. I'd love to race another stock SRT6.

Let's figure when a good time for everyone is to go on a Wednesday like The Toy said. I just need a few days notice and will be set.

Street drags or "Run whatcha Brung" is $15 from 6:30PM to 10:30PM. I have been on a Friday twice and from open to close I may get three runs if lucky. I would like to think it wouldn't be as busy on a weeknight. Who knows.
