Hate to vendor bash but everyone should know about this.

Both those guys were using the Mother Mopar Performance wheelie bar. It was designed for a Corola, doesn't have anywhere near the damping it should and goes all the way to the stops with a heavier car. The first guy lost some serious traction and you saw what happened to the second guy...

 

Yup - there was actually an entire show on SpeedTV that was an annual wheelstand contest. POints for longest, most violent, etc.

That clip is from part of the show. He's the only guy to flip the car - and it was his goal. It was pretty sweet!

 

Funny, it says B.E.S. made the motor for that thing!

 

And also Bruce is mentioned from HHP... I think those 2 names combined shows something.. they win races

 

I have a complaint about MMP also. I ordered some performance parts from them about 2 months ago via credit card. To this date I have not yet received the parts and all of a sudden I have about 5 different charges on that same credit card from various gay porn sites. I have left several messages and have yet to receive a phone call back.

The wheelies might look cool but when this is the end result it is very painful on the body and the wallet.This video is from the first race last year when I had to drop it in the finals.Myy back hurt for days.I'm in the new Trans Am in Pro Stock
