As yall know I'm trying to get my STS twin turbos up and running. had just begun the back and forth tuning proceedure (Only runnung base tune so far) when the car went ape shit. . Codes are po129 low barometric press, po300 random misfires(occassional from added cam) po123 throttle pedal position sensor A high input and po222 throttle pedal position sensor b low input. I also have the Malf dash light, Electronic throttle control light(lightning bolt) and the traction control off light.
Initally it ran good on the test drive. The second time out all went crazy. large dead spots in throttle, dies, raggety idle . wideband bouncing from one end to the other with only slight gas pressure,
Ive experienced tps problems before when the connector had become partially unplugged so I recogonise that and dont think it has anything to do with the turbos. The only possible connection to turbos is that I did a4 way T off the brake booster for the blow-off and vac/boost guage. I dont find a leak though. I replaced the TB with spare- no effect. My hood has been hitting the TB connector for some time without apparent damage. Could a bad TB connector be doing this?
    Any help appreciated!!

What Map Sensor are you using?
Also make sure the car took the tune..correctly, we had that happen once when we flashed the car but it didnt actually flash it, reflashed and everything was fine.
Is this happening on the canned tune from STS or a custom tune?

I am still running the base tune given by sts. I was in the process of recording the first data to send in for a modified revision when all went bezerk.
The map was furnished with kit, Initally it didnt fit, the connector was built to go oposite from the OEM . 0503224AB 1358, Rick said just cut off the offending tab. The injectors are cream color with black and brown seals, I dont know the# nums for them, do you?

Heres what happened between, coincidence only?, I think so
I left the house on the second test drive. Didnt even get out of the neighborhood when the car completely quit. Without thinking, since I already had the pred hooked up, I decided to reload the tune thinking I had just gone limp. I remembered reading something from STS that said you must go back to stock before loading tune otherwise you will stack the trim values, so I went back to stock first. Immediatly after I went to reload the STS base tune,I found it had been erased. I drove home with OEM tune 1/4 mile 25 mph or less. I redownloaded the sts tune from the computer than reloaded it into the car. Thats when it ran like shit, ever since, despite several reloads of the tune. ( Diablo corrected me that no stacking occurs)

Still, around the same time, I heard a harder than normal crunch when closing my hood. The Ram Air hood has been contacting the TB conn for some time without apparent damage, except to the hood underside. Also when I returned from my second very rough test drive, I had no brakes. A kink had devoloped in the brake booster hose north of the 4 way. Repair corrected the brakes but did not help the rest which also seems vac related.

I still say it seems like a tps issue not the turbos or base tune having replaced the tb I dont know whats next

The initial problem that left me side the road was completely unrelated ( a blown fuse in my boost-a pump)
