AWESOME Chris...glad to hear your woes are over...for now *snicker*

I have a 3600 PI...it is stupid on spool up and pretty hard on the drive train, but I LOVE it...Hal doesn't mind and i have not had any problems with it since install (a few years, and around 10,000 miles)

it was done by one of my fellow flxc club members that has his own shop. hell, i spent 150 bucks just for the filter, pan seal, and ATF-4 fluid!!! all told, i probably dropped 500 bucks for the swap, including the cost of the convertor!

best thing is...... my car acts soooooooooo much better now!!! spent the morning taking my little one to the doctor for some follow up, and the car performed flawlessly in morning commute traffic!!! no more slipping and sliding!!!

I have had Pro-Torques in both my SRT(which was the very first in a SRT) and put 33k miles on it with over 250 passes before I sold the car to HemiC and I have a ProTorque in the 300 and thats approaching the 40k mile mark.In both cars it's road manners were excellent and it worked very well at the track.

    (images abound...)
Monday morning meeting at the LegMaker company:
"Wednesday is track day. You ALL will report to the track promptly at 1:30 pm and sit in a tight group in the stands. You WILL make some noise whenever I go down the track and especially when I come back down the return lane. that is all."

That cartoon in the sunday comics. With the little king who is surrounded by peasants? Usually down there with BC.

Ohhhh, it's the Wizard of ID ... but I was picturing you as the king.
