I`v got an SRT Charger and i went with magnaflo hi-flo mids and a JBA cat-back. I could not be any more happy with the sound and performance and i get compliments everyday on the sound. I got all of this for about 900 bucks.....most of the other cat-backs for our cars are over a 1000 bucks and that`s without mids!!! I am not a cheap person and i have been using JBA products for over 10 years and thet are by far the best bang for the buck! There is absolutely no reason to spend over a grand on an exhaust system.....corsa, borla, billyboat, and zoomers are all great products, but WAY OVERPRICED!

Tell your buddy to join up here and he can found out himself!! For catbacks for SRT8s there's LOTS to choose from, so much so that it really becomes a personal choice, there isn't one catback that's "the one to have", they all have their pluses and minuses. Price, sound, quality, lots of things to consider. Tell him to join up and search for some sound clips and see what he likes best (FWIW I have the Mopar/Corsa and absolutely LOVE it for a couple of personal reasons).:smart:

I sure don`t Rico...wish i did. I can tell you this though, it is more of an old school muscle car sound.

I will be the first to admit that the corsa system sounds very good and is high quality

There are many many options for the LX platform.

It really depends on what your friend is looking for and if he does not mind some drone at certain RPM's. Also depends on how much he wants to spend.

Cat backs range from $650 - $1300. And this does NOT mean that the lower price is cheap. I have the BWoody exhaust and it is in the $600 range. This is a great set up that rumbles at ALL RPM ranges. hehe

Agree with what Ron says...but i installed a Corsa and I love it..not real loud like many others.. but less attention drawn to me as well.. unitl you gas pedal hits the floor.. and very little to almost no drone n the cab as well.. which makes the family happy on longer trips..
