    I am buying a house...and i feel like my realestate agent is one of the best at customer relations...

    from the instant i started working with her...i have felt that she had my best interest in mind (sometimes even more than i did)...and if you can show a customer that what concerns them...what what is important to them is important to you...then customers will be more receptive to whatever you are offering.
