Scarlett is what I named my Charger, FYI. After sporting some gorgeous custom painted taillamps for nearly 18 months, I got a fix-it ticket from a local LEO. Thankfully, I had Ron's OEM tails to replace them with. Today I finally swapped them out. I forgot how good the Charger looks with the red tails, though I'm still bummed that she looks so stock again. :cry: Thanks again for Ron for getting me to try out the custom tails and for providing the OEM tails as a back up. :friends: Now, what to do to the car, since I must have a mod to replace the mod I gave up, right? :bigwink:
Well, that SUCKS ASS about the ticket, but I am certainly glad you had the OEM tails to get you back to legal. hehe
The LEO who nailed me is local and he got me just down the street from my apartment, odds are I WILL see him again and from what he said to me during the stop, I'm guessing he's gunning for LXers with aftermarket mods. I really don't feel like swapping out lights and coughing up $60 every time.
sux that you have a leo like that in your backyard tam!!!! i have one routinely in my neighborhood that gave me a ticket for my windows back in feb on myb-day..... i flat out told him i had no intentions on changing the tint and if we were going to continue to have "issues" with one another...... he just winked and said nothing..... as for the tails, ummmmmmmm........ just does not sound right to have a little of ron on your rear end.......... maybe its just me!!! dahahahaahahah
