Well i have a new PB, i went to E-Town tonight, just to run the nos for the first time and to run the slicks,i was rushing and forgot my helmet, so i was already upset. i went to rent i for $5.00, but they told me that i cant run over 14 sec,lol. so i was think that , I'm only going to get 2 runs tonight,lol. so the first run i hit the shifter my mistake, and ran a 12.1@ 113. so i told my self bump that turn th NX on. Sat for about an half an hour, and went back in the lanes, turned the bottle on and the heater. so they call my lane looked at the pis pressure, it was 1,200, i was like yeah. did my burnout, purged the nos. started to roll into the tree, game time, the car spent the tires a little, but bot did she take off, i saw the 60tf #, it was 1.57 WOW, now in thinking slow down, so i started mashing the brake 30ft-40ft from the line. i pulled up to get my slip, she told my , i told you don't go to fast, i told her i hit the brake, she told me, i should have hit it sooner and harder, and by the way , go to room 104, they want to talk to you. i told myself , oh boy here we go. they just told me slow it down, and bring me you tech card and i will copy your time slip for you. So this is what i have to show
Congrats on the time... I don't get it though, if you rented a helmet, why would they tell you to not go faster than a 14.0???

i think they are for the other forms of racing that go on at englishtown. they have road track/dirt track/dirt bike/like gocart type autocross things. so my guess is thats all they had without buying another $200+ helmet lol
Helmet rentals: $5 helmet - can't go faster than 14.0 $10 helmet - can't go faster than 12.5 $25 helmet - can't go faster than 11.0 (includes liner that is washed between each rental) $40 helmet - no restriction (and it's snell rated )
So the $10 helmet is good for stock/mildly modded. $25 for the more heavily modded guys... and $40 for the nut jobs lol and the $5 helmet for people who are skeered or just dont know better lol dave...did you get that from Englishtowns website?

dahahaha, no. It was complete BS. it was a joke son. just sort of popped into my mind (the separate reality I live in is kind of like SNL or Penn&Teller) :grin:
