My new tow vehicle for the SRT8.....it's a 2002 Excursion V10 with 54k miles and it's loaded out!You know gas prices are high when you can pick this bad boy up for $10k.It actually averaged 14.9 mpg for the 230 mile trip home from the dealer I bought it from. Not bad considering the SRT usually does 19-20 average.

Soon as it warms up it's getting washed and detailed.

Nice truck, but shouldn't a Dodge truck be pulling a Mopar?

Friend of mine had one of those, put a S/C on it and had to sell it to pay off his gas card! Lol! Lots of room in those puppies!

The Excursion and H2's drive the grass-lickers batty, but nothing boils their patchouli like an SRT-10.

very nice Erik. even better in the pics than what you described on the phone. Woot.

    Now about the tree huggies...

Follow my lead. License plate frame that reads, "Attention Prius owners"

"HERE is the gas you saved!"

LOL - yesterday I came up behind a Prius at a 4-way stop. They started, and decided to take 30 seconds to go from 0-30 mph (saving even more gas I assume), so I went ahead and downshifted to 1st gear and absolutely hammered it around them, leaving stripes of rubber in the next lane before pulling back in at 70 mph, all in less than 4 seconds.

I'm sure they were impressed with how quickly I could burn that much fossil fuel. Heck - I probably had enough unburned gas coming out my tailpipe to fuel their car.

Ryan has one of those monsters too. Except his is never empty (he claims it can carry 35 of his relatives in comfort... relative comfort... across the desert east of San Diego)... plus, I think his is bullet proof, as travelling to Tijuana to visit family is like taking a trip through Beirut in the 1980's.

Ah to heck with the tree lovers!! Sorry, I'm a little biased here but ... they're impossible to deal with and just plain stupid, they don't look at the facts. Just cause it's a big car doesn't mean it's gonna polute the enviroment any more than their beloved Priuseseses ... whatever you call them. Say you drive that Ford of yours only 50 miles a week, or 100. Tom the Tree Hugger down the street with his Prius drives 500 miles a week. After one month HE'S poluted the planet more than you have, fact!! He's driven 2000 miles to your 200, who's poluting now. The stupid greenies are so nearsighted they don't see the plan facts ... like those hybrids don't get near the milage in the real world that they say they do. That it'll take 10 years to recoup the higher price of that hybrid in gas cost. That a Prius costs more energy to build than a Chevy Tahoe and is therefore WORSE on the environment. And that you just can't say someone with a Hummer is poluting the planet more than someone with a hybrid, that's not accurate without all the facts.

I love seeing a hybrid going 85 mph down the hwy blowing by everyone ... "Hey idiot, how much gas you saving now?!?!?"

I LOVE YOUR EXCURSION!! Go find some hybrids and run them down!!
(sorry, hybrids just rub me the wrong way) (btw, someone tell me what we're gonna do with all these dead batteries from all these hybrids 20 years from now ... they'll be worse for the environment then our gas engines!!)

im pretty sure hes nailed it. funniest comedy act ive seen recently was all just making fun of the prius. and i just couldnt stop laughing. i think if we all make fun of them enough they'll just put it in the garage and walk,

    oh yeah, and beautiful truck
i had to really offend a guy when i told him his $60,000 2005 excursion limited v10 w/ 20k on it was only worth 10,5 on trade in. that was not a pretty sight. guy was kind of a prick anyway
