Yes, Infineon on Wednesday. I ran too much 100 octane and lost about a 1/10th and 1 MPH as a result.

Thanks. Maybe next week (or the week after that:grin:)

Jeffro, How did too much 100 octane hurt? I don't know enough of how octane rating affects other things to know this, but all I know is octane rating is resistance to detonation. You should be able to run 110 SonOco all day long and never hurt anything, but not gain a thing either if your motor could not benefit from the computers advanced timing.

Lay it on me brutha :)

I still think losing the paint would be worth 1/10th ;)

Higher octane gas doesn't burn as easily and if you don't have the compression and timing for it you may lose power (so I've heard)
