directions are for the SRT but pics used are of the mustang

(a day is 6 am to 10 pm)
    What you need:
--your new fabric (usually sold by the yard)
--sewing machine (the one i used was a $60 from walmart)
    --upostery thread (sold at walmart)
    --upostery needles (sold at walmart)
--seam ripper or exacto knife (sold at walmart)
--fabric push pins (sold at walmart)
    --flat head screwdriver
--metric sockets, ext, ratchet, and wrenches
    --needle nose plyers, reg plyers

You will need to remove the seats out of the car.

We'll start with the seat bottom:
(this took me 1 day to complete)

    1) the seat bottom pops out by lifting the front of the seat bottom

    2) once you have it off use a screwdriver or plyers to remove each circle clip on the bottom of the seat. (EXP 2)

    3) once all circle clips are removed turn seat over and you will need to pull the fabric over/off the seat sides (EXP 2&3 )

    4) remove the fabric rods that run parell to the dark blue (EXP 1)

    5) remove the fabric rod that runs perpenlicular to the dark blue (EXP 1)

    6) once you have the seat cover off use your seam ripper/exacto knife and cut the seams (thread) on the covers (cut apart only what you plan on changing this will save you sewing time and headache)

    7) once you have that section removed take your new fabric lay it on a clean flat area and put you old cut out over it and trace (remember to trace only on the back side of the fabric incase you mess up you can always retrace) (and trace about 1/4 - 1/2 inch more around the outside of the old fabric for extra play room)

    8) make sure that you have what you need the cut (remember check twice cut once, this will help save you from having to buy more materal)

    9) Sew fabric together 1/4 to 1/2 inch in all around like when you pulled it apart. (dont forget to sew the materal used to connect the fabric rods, if your not sure where they go there are little slits on the old fabric, the vinyl, and the fabric rod materal)

    Once finished sewing
Installiation is the same as reverse and the the cover might not fit exactly like before and might take some effort if it dosent sit right take it apart and try again.

Before you attempt to do upostery make sure you have patience.
It is frustrating and it will test your patience

If you make it successfully this far then continue on with the seat back and front seat.

--this is where you will need tools

to remove the seat back you will need torque bits (star bits)
    (this took me 2 days)

    1) remove all 4 bolts and lift up on seat back and remove from car

    2) there are bolts on the each side and bottom that you will need to remove so you can take out the pull out sections

    3) then remove the covers (this is a little more diffucult then the seat bottom, have patience and dont get confused or lose bolts, very easy to do)

    4) rip apart, trace, sew, and reinstall

viper seat To remove front seat : (if you have the seat with airbags your better off taking it to an accually upostery place so you dont deploy the bag)

(this seat is very difficult to uposter because of the sides and seat angles; lots of patience and beer is required this took me 3 days for passanger havent started the drivers yet )

    1) use a 15mm socket and remove all 4 bolts and remove seat

    2) remove seat bracket, slider and cable

    3) seperate seat back from seat bottom

    4) remove clips and rods

    5) remove covers

    6) rip apart, trace, sew, and reinstall

Hopefully these instructions were helpful if there is something i missed let me know, and again when attempting to do this HAVE PATIENCE

    Good luck
