Ok, Brief background before I copy and paste the email from Jimmy (the guy who is spineless). While my car was at Techco (for 4 months) having a perfectly good running motor DESTROYED by Techco trying to tune my car like a Mustang would be tuned, Techco also found a way to yank the front fascia of my car and make a very feeble attempt at repairing. By the way, Techco also tried to tell me that my motor was injured when I dropped it off to them. hahaha They popped 7 fing pistons. NO WAY IN HELL did I have 7 injured pistons and make a 900+ mile drive (with my driving habits lol). This in NO WAY reflects on Carlos. Carlos was the only one who stood up and admitted the fault and was taking care of the situation. Until Techco began to crumble that is... Carlos is no longer employed by Techco, therefore has no say in what they do or don't do. So for the past near two months I have been emailing this Jimmy character only to NOT get responses unless I start threatening with legal terms. lol Jimmy has also pawned me off to some clueless lady named Mary. Of course Mary can not find any receipts or paper work from Carlos proving my claim. WTF? I call BULL SHIT! So, Mary shoves my back over to Jimmy. YIKES! By the way, I GAVE Mary all pertenent information, including Grip Tunings name since Carlos had already purchased the Fascia from them and had it drop shipped to my house. hmmmm So yea, back to the weasel Jimmy. I get an email (see below. It will be in bold) from Jimmy stating that Carlos did not follow company procedures with my claim, nor could Jimmy or Mary find any documentation supporting this claim. BULLSHIT! Emails are a wonderful documentation as are receipts from Grip Tuning with Techco's name (paid with a Techco Credit Card) and my name as the receiving party. lol Jimmy states because of this, Techco will NOT finish paying my claim. WTF? Since when is it the Customers problem that a Company is having internal policy issues? Yea, that's what I thought. haha Anywho, I take the steps and get a hold of Grip Tuning and explain to them what has been transpiring between Techco and me. Well the G.T. rep was very gracious and emailed the credit card receipt to Mary and Jimmy to show them that Techco was in the middle of taking care of their customer. I then email Jimmy and Mary last week Thursday. Today (Monday) evening, Mary sends me an email telling me she is not a Techco employee and that I must talk to Jimmy. WTF? If she is not a Techco employee, why in the F%$# was I having an email conversation with her? lol Anyway, I have also left Wayne (Owner of Techco) several voicemails on his cell phone and have yet to get a call back from that slime ball. WOW! Guess I will begin Small Claims procedings? *note* I have left the email off for the time being. Don't want to break any privacy act rules. lol By the way, please feel free to post up your experiences and stories. Only one who can delete is the staff. This section no longer controlled by Techco.
