alameda county is the most anal of all with regards to the speed limit. hell, the entire island is 25 mph or lower. i cant see this flying, though, i might be completely wrong and their logic is pulling it off the streets and onto a safe playground. though for politicians to be smart enough to see that is a def switch.

Whoa there now. Old people? Did you know that MOST City Counselmen/women are not "Old"? They are people who are CLUELESS as to what is what and believe EVERYTHING they see on TV.
