The emails we received were before you had ever mentioned him to us and well before the Diablo rep came to the site. So once again your facts are skewed. Your trying to make this out to be some big conspiracy when the simple fact of the matter is this: 1. Prior to any "problems" arising with AWD/Weather/Whatever issues Dave refused to follow the vendor rules. It was at this time that he was warned multiple times and then, subsequently banned. 2. Immediately after having his first user account banned, the emails back and forth with the administration team started. 3. Everything else happened after we had already begun discussions with him, and elected NOT to allow him as a vendor due to the threats he had made via email conversation. The simple face of the matter is that had Dave not made threats and clearly tell us in PLAIN ENGLISH that he planned to use this site as a tool of war against someone he had a bone to pick with he would be here on the site as a supporting vendor. I don't know how to make it any clearer then that.

The only thing that really blew this out of proportion was your public thread DEMANDING that he be re-instated, added as a vendor which directly conflicted with the punishment that we had already handed down for previous infractions well before your request was made. A PM would have sufficed and again, we have THAT in the rules as well. Also please note an important difference between B&G and Diablo -- B&G did advertise directly on our site with pricing and ordering information. Diablo did no such thing and does not even have the ability to sell to end users direct. B&G does. This was a factor in allowing Diablo to fit in under the "umbrella" of an existing supporting vendor.

This seems to happen on everyone of his websites, fortunatly this is the only one we have ever put our foot down and stand our ground, normally were not up for the conflict...lol. anyways we're all better off here anyway, a nice fresh sites where the mods are as cool as all the members!!

Huh - it's like 300cforums all over again. That's about as negative as I'll get. Just remember everyone - you can focus on what you don't like THERE, or focus on what you do like HERE. The former is great for an initial vent, but the latter really brings people together.
