    Ok everyone, here's the deal. I have been in communication with Techco's acting representative Jim Moore since they closed up their facility for several reasons of which at this time are no one else business but the customers I represent. I'm not going to get into all the gossip BS that is going on and I've seen most of it. So please don't bring it up here and please don't PM me about it, I'm not going to discuss it at this time.

    This thread is only for their customers that have been impacted by the recent events and is nothing more than an avenue for their questions to get answered. Tomorrow morning I am meeting with Jim to talk about several items. Jim has asked me to compile a list of persons that have outstanding issues with Techco. We meet last week about some builds I have here at the shop to complete for them. It is my opinion that Jim is truly genuine in his quest to make everything right where applicable.

    So for those of you that need answers, you have a chance to do so now. Either in this thread or in email to me ( [email protected] ). I would prefer email. I will need to know the who's, what's and where's of your story and contact information so I may pass it along.

    I would like to add that I am not representing Techco in any manor, I am not on the payroll and I have no vested interest in doing this. So PLEASE don't kill the messenger, I'm only attempting to help you guys out.

    I would greatly appreciate it if the bashing and speculation was kept out of this thread entirely.

    You have my fascia issue already, and NO Jim has not contacted me yet.

    I need my tunes as well and I still have an ongoing oil eating and smoke blowing issue. I believe that the runner is NOT plumb.

    How will Techco handle warranty and nonwarranty issues that arise? Especially if Carlos is no longer with Techco. I am sure that Carlos had many deals that were not shared.

    Oh, I forgot to tell you Ron. I fgured out why they blow oil. I'll make a thread about it in the next couple days after I make certain it worked.


    And Steve, I'll give that to Jim tomorrow.

    Well everyone, Jim Moore has come and gone and I'm sorry to say I have absolutely no updates that are worth anything to anyone. To all that have contacted me, those emails have been passed along. None of the questions I had for him last week got answered. And to be brutely honest, I'm not very happy at this point. But to his defense, he is overwhelmed with calls at this time.

    Might be time for a little update.

    As of right now. None of the outstanding issues that are on my plate have been taken care of. Jimmy is working on it, but there has been no progress what so ever.

    The two motors that are missing in action are close but we're waiting on heads. Hemi911's ride has been looked at in my shop by Jimmy and their engine builder and today goes on the lift so I can start on his issues. The owner can't wait on Techco and I know Jimmy has his hands full.

    And so everyone knows, there are two outstanding issues that in my book are easy to remedy. The ducks are lined up and all that has to happen is Techco needs to step up to the plate.

    That's if for now. Hopefully we see some action in the next couple days. My patience is wearing thin.
