    No smog test of any sort here:yahoo: I will probably never have to worry about emissions around here. But it is still hard to find someone to cut out your cats. I remember around 95 or so I took my car to get a new muffler put on and the guy asked me if I wanted him to cut out the cats. While he was telling me this he was standing underneath the sign that said it was illegal to remove the cats:laugh: I suppose with a state population of around 500k there is not too much pollution to worry about.
