I can't say that I'm surprised dude, not one bit! Once I heard the old powerplant "went down," I knew this would be the result!!!!
Wow I haven't had the time to come over here for months and now a very interesting build, I'll be watching this. Congrats Ron.
Doing the final process of machining for the stroker....Next up checking the clearances........Oil Squirter modification...... Once everything is mocked up and checked out, rotating assembly will be sent out to balance while we are power honing the block and preping....I still have to go through ron's heads...and repair....thant's a another day Scott
Hey Ron... If the car isn't done in time for SF... Can you bring your USW wheels so that we can at least check those out... :harhar: :clapping:
UP-DATE: Good News Stroker Assembly is out for balancing Good News Finishing Stroker Modifications to the engine block Good News Next Up Power Hone Cylinders Bad News We have to send out Ron's heads out to be X-Rayed...Minimum of 3 combustion chambers look suspect to a problem. This needs to be verified.... :cry2:
The above enlarged is why CMW is AWESOME. They see a potential problem and don't hesitate to send it out to be verified. Thanks for the heads up Scott. Now tell the shop with the crank to put mine in front of the line. lol
I see that is good news Ron... I can't wait to take the keys from you and take it for a cruise up PCH!!
Ron: I cannot believe how fast they are getting on this and moving it through!! That concept is completely foreign to me! :cry2: :shifty:
Brad, you need to call me. I am VERY excited Tony. Between CMW and Techco, the car is well taken care of.
