Just received package 1 of 2.

Talk about a NO HASSLE, quick turn around order. WOW!!!

I order new Ceramic Pads from BMC last weekend. Lisa immediately got in contact with me and informed me that the rear pads were on back order and asked if I wanted the front pads now, or wait for the order to be complete before shipping.

Well, since my front pads are damn near shot, I opted to have Lisa send me the front pads ahead of the rear pads. By the way, Lisa didn't even ask for extra shipping (which I would have GLADLY paid for). WOW!

Well, I received my tracking number shortly there after. UPS tracking said my pads would be delivered on Monday, Nov 10. Go UPS, they delivered today. WOW!

I did get my tracking number for the rear pads today and will have them NLT Friday next week. WOOT!

Thank you Lisa and Team BMC for a GREAT buying experience. I will be putting the front pads on this weekend.

    Tired of the dust. hahahaha

If ya can't beat em, join em. haha

I know, I have fought the battle of the ceramics not stopping the tank better than OEM, but hell, I really have not been doing the high speed runs much anymore, so I might as well fight the dust. hahaha

i was being nice!! hahahaha i was SHOCKED at the difference in dust when i went to the posi-quiets. i figured they would be better, but i did not realize how much better!!! the stock pads do stop nice, but for day to day driving and having to keep up the car, the ceramics sure serve the purpose very well!!!

WOW, Ron ... what a nice thread! Thank you very much! Glad to help you with the brake pads, and certainly would never expect you to pay more shipping since you were so understanding and patient with the partial backorder. I hope you like the pads as much as Kris is, and please keep us posted. You can't beat them for the price it seems!! Thanks, again!

I am not used to you kind of Customer Service Lisa. You guys at BMC delivered as promised, and kept me informed of the back order in a very timely fashion.

I only wish you guys were offering S/Cers back in 06 for the LXers. wink

You better believe I will order more stuff when the time comes.

    Thanks again.

Hey 1bad4dr... did you get the HAWK ceramic or the other one (RED Pads?)
I sure don't like the dust from the stockers... and I want to change them out before my calipers get too much wear.

I just got mine put in yesterday, and after the several 60-0 runs to bed the brakes, no dust on the wheels, and I had got the car washed after the install so the wheels were nice and clean, and after all day of driving around yesterday (about 50-75 miles) they are still clean. I'm extremely Satisfied, with.... Satisfied.

Thanks SRT8U... I placed the order for front and rear "Satisfied Pro Ceramic Pads"! The price was also better then I expected...

I do have a quick question... I have several floor jacks with hard rubber pads, but this car is not like my 65 cuda and I have as yet not used a floor jack on it. Where are the best lifting points under this Challenger body? This SRT has the 3.92 with a finned aluminum 3rd member... can the rear be lifted there like I lift my cuda by the 8-3/4 rear? Felt I should ask before I screw up something...
