I am interested in any experience with using larger injectors and meth/water spray with the Techco using a regulated 55 psi fuel supply to the rails. Any information is appreciated.

I beleive sdcarguy is your man for water/meth, and larger injectors probably Carlos, John and Billy at Techco, and 1bad4dr here.

    Rubbel,

After the issues we had with my engine build, Techco changed strategies.

They now have two different injector sizes (could be more?). One for the OEM kits and one for the big boost kit.

With what you are building, you will need the larger injectors. I am using the SRT4 S2 injectors (68# or 682cc). Yes, I am running out of fuel at around 5800 rpms's which is why I have a very conservative tune.

I am waiting on a company to finalize their fuel delivery system at a lower cost than what is currently available.

2K for an upgraded fuel system, IMO, is outrageous. And since I do not need fuel rails, this same kit would be 1700 without the rails. STILL outrageous. Especially since the parts to make up the system is about 600 bucks (give or take a hundred bucks).

I am sure that BMC has you well in line for the perfect fuel delivery system for your build.

Thanks for the replies. Yes, I do believe BMC and Techco have me on the right track. FYI Ron Builder Bill is also planning his own tank to engine fuel delivery system for his Jeep. He also feels he can do it cheaper. He might have some good info to help you both. I went with Modern Muscle in tank basket and pumps with Lisa at BMC plumbing to the engine. I did get a different higher boost Techco unit but do not know what injectors. I plan -10an supply to a fuel regulator, -8 to both crossovers with a tee connection to each, and a tank return. From an NMCA article I think a constant 55 psi fuel pressure will be adequate for my needs. Interestingly BMC is e-mailing me a reply as I write this. At the current point I do think meth/water just for cooling is a great idea, just uncertain best way to get it done.

Glad Bill is trying to lower the cost. Unlike another of his items...

Get with Mol for a great Meth kit idea. Ralph is the man when it comes to Meth as is John (SDCarguy).

You may want to look into 1000cc injectors. Give Scott or Bob from CMW a call. They have a line on larger injectors.
