Well, once you are done with the Charger, I'm sure BJB will loan out his GCSRT8 for a little AWD development. Send the boys north, it's going to be in the 70's this weekend and the grills will be all fired up! Keep us posted on the results. J
has anyone ever went into limp mode while cruising at 70mph? Tried all the usual tricks to get it going again, no codes were being shown on my predator either. How much of this can be resolved with a tune?
Only people I remember going into limp mode just cruising on the freeway were those experimenting with modified manifold intakes. Like the dual TB's (Nathan/Redfox for one). Would happen after about 2 hours of cruising. For codes, did you also check by doing the "key dance"? --- I forgot how, it's around here somewhere, but you cycle the key a few times without starting the car and you get CEL codes listed on the EVIC. I think that may show ones that the Predator doesn't? maybe it's the other way around. Did the CEL light come on? I think first step is to figure out exactly why. Then think about what might solve it.
From what I have heard the progress on the Full TCM tuning for the Predator is going quite nicely???????
