I need a good dtealership. not a stealership one that wont say "we cant re-program your pre-owned ecu because its already burned with a prev car's vin number" or one that wont charge me $180 for a spare key AFTER its cut and says they have to charge me or Dodge will put a note on my vin# and any Dodge wont touch my car unless i pay. or Seeing my boost gauge on 10in/hg of vaccuum with the car off and wont order another boost gauge until they "check out" the car then return it to me with 40 miles on the odometer and missing 1/2 tank of gas for an "extensive road test" Jerry Ulm Dodge Bash x1 Tampa, FL on Dale Mabry and Spruce is the dealership for all 3 of those instances on 2 seperate occasions. Please place dealership, and if you praise/bash them and give your instance. I hope this straightens up the thieves and helps the ones who are truly out for the customers.
Brandon Dodge Praise +1 Brandon, FL they are always a great help for finding alternate prices, but said they will charge me $150 to re-progeam and install the stage 1 ecu. is this accurate? The wifey said the only way i can have it installed is if DODGE installs it. if not i would take it to the great crew at srt-hookups.com!

I have to take my Magnum back to jerry ulm again to have the coolant flushed for the second time because brandon wouldn't do it because that tsb has already been done.....
so they wont service your car even though i is STILL under warranty, andyou STILL have an issue!?!?!?
Brandon didn't really " Want" to do it... I'd rather take it back to jerry ulm who performed the tsb in the first place. Mainly because They've pissed me off so much Im looking forward to giving them a hard time!

i can second the prickness of jerry ulm dodge. when i blew my motor, it took them 3 days to call and tell me they wont touch my car bc of the "high performance parts" and the dp. brandon dodge is alright. i bought my car from there. never forget the look on the guys faces that got there 5 minutes after me wanting an srt4 also. i happened to snag the last one on the lot. as far as warranty, i have had to take my car in twice for the sunroof. once to brandon, who didnt do it right. now i have to schedule an appointment with jerry ulm to see if they fuck it up any worse. thats about the only thing they will warranty at this point
dont forget about the A/C they will always warranty that, unless you put in a high performance condensor or something
I've been going to Dayton Andrews Dodge in St. Pete. The service manager - Dave - takes care of me every time. Good guy and will do what he can in terms of warranty, just don't be loud and in his face. He does try to help.
for real!?!?!? they cant be that anal...if they are, i guess frank's gf/wife's HUD warranty is shot too... (nice led's by the way...)
