Running 5 lbs of boost at present but we are still in the tuning mode. That is how the kit is set up as a starting point with a 3.70" pulley.

Chris...thought you would like the paint :) Thanks for the tip on what type of paint to use. It turned out great!!

Holy moly, Cajun has one of the cleanest 2006 cars I've seen. From your oil sticker, less than 10k miles? Doesn't even have micro scratches from cleaning, just clean. Looks great, hope your blower is working well.

    Muellge,

Actually, it has 9,796 miles on it...so you are correct. Thanks for the compliments but the paint does have some micro scratches. Black paint is hard to keep scratch free. Anyway, it don't see the rain at all. The S/C is working out great too!

I just had the P-1SC-1 helical gear ProCharger installed on my 2010 SRT8 Charger and the air intake makes more noise than the supercharger. It is well worth the money in power. I am making 510 rwhp with the ProCharger and MagnaFlow exhaust.

I know you are having fun. I just had the P-1SC-1 helical gear supercharger (by ProCharger) installed on my 2010 SRT8 Charger. The air intake makes more noise than the supercharger. Its a beast. I also have a MagnaFlow exhaust system and Kooks long tube headers with free flow cats.

We just finished a Maggie (8lbs) install on a SRT Chally a couple weeks ago. Completely stock with an aftermarket catback exhaust and DTP custom tune...545rwhp. Car runs consistent 11.24-11.27 on Nitto drag radials.
Here's a link to the original dyno with 6lbs of boost (524rwhp):

That air intake in the middle of the engine bay kills me. Thats the worst possible place. Is there an option to re-route the intake to pull air from somewhere else?

I bet some custom vented louvers in the hood would make things better, right above the filter.

One of the Edlebrock R&D guys contacted us a few months ago about their blower. The hardware is ready, but they're still working on tuning...and they lured a tuner from another blower company to do it.

Actually, we did some data logging on the car during the summer and the AIT was highest at 165F. I would say that the Air to Air intercooler is very efficient considering where the intake is located. Some of the Air to Water Intercoolers are running much higher since they become heat soaked and it takes longer to cool off. Especially on positive displacement units where the intercooler is an integral part of the blower. That is the real source of heat.

165 doesnt seem bad at all. Got me curious now... I'm gonna log a little too and see how that compares to my stocker.

Interesting point about the water cooled systems retaining heat more so than the air cooled systems...
