Little do I know of the SRT owner's club because by the time I got involved in the SRT scene it died off. I noticed South Florida has an SRTOC going for them and I think the guy setting it all up is trying to do a FLSRToc in general for the whole state. All I've seen is South Florida people joining. I tried going to the website they supposely have and I got nothing. I think its a great idea and all but most of the meets and such they are setting up with this whole thing is in South Florida making it inconvient and unfair to those in other parts of the state if they are wanting a SRTOC for the whole state. Of course like many of us know, car clubs DO NOT work. They are a thing of the past and there's only a few out there. Too much controlling, demanding, and all that jazz that takes place in a car club is what causes them to fail. I'm going to keep my eye out on this and see how it progress's but so far its all about the South Florida SRToc and the rest of the FLSRToc in the mist.

:bang: really what I want is not a car club but a group of local SRT owners just hanging out and setting up different things... whether paintballing, bowling, etc. Changing it up then the usual meets. We pretty much have that going already.

We did a bowling thing one Saturday night but were talking about months upon months ago. It was Cheryl and I, Juan and Tina, Tim and Cindi, and Ozzy.
Isn't there a bowling alley not far from Sonics? I was disappointed that you're not going to start a TBSRTOC. Somebody has to do it lol. I have a feeling that those clubs have lots of unwanted drama.
Yeah that's the one we went too. I believe its called Pin Chaser's. Right there by the Veteran's. Yeah a car club is nothing but drama. I've seen it time and time again. What we have going is awesome. No need for a club or anything like that. All of us being in a car club I don't see it working :naww: You guys piss me off too much :fear: lol just kidding.

The only way a car club truly works is with anarchy, no president, no officers, and inhernetly NO POLITICS. Just people calling one another up as equals and doing stuff with their cars.
i am the founder and owner of www.floridasrtoc.com, it is a state thing, for some reason i've found that south florida seems to have the largest amount of srt owners, or at least "forum active" owners. when i was starting a lot of ppl wanted it to be a South FL thing, i didnt think it was fair, so i created it as Florida SRT Owners Club, not south fl, east, west, etc. i wanted unity, i wanted to create a channel for the whole florida SRT community, unfortunately i cant travel through the whole state, so the inaugural meet will be jan 19 @ Markham park. if you guys want to organize your own meets through our site, use it as a way to organize yourselves and communicate with each other, please do, thats what is there for.
on a site note, im just one man, if we are going to make this grow to its full potential, i need the help and initiative of everyone of you. you want it to happen? then help make it happen.
