OK folks. I once was able to find the racing pedals with the SRT logo on them in ebaymotors. Not anymore for some reason. I even googled "SRT Pedals" and I only came up with links to forum threads. I looked at Ultimate Pedals... they're friggin' NICE, but EXPENSIVE (literally double the price of the one's I once saw on ebay and many of you likely have - the one's I wanted were like $80... Ultimate Pedals are like $150). Where can I find the cheaper ones now?
Jason, I'll look for my receipt from my SRT8 pedals when I get home and give you a call with the info. :thumb3:
Stealth Auto has a very nice set of SRT pedals. MUCH less expensive too. If you don't see them on the website, just call Aaron there, and tell him you want a set.
Yeah...I was thinking of inviting him. Stealth gave us some nice prizes to give away at the Spring Festival Track Day.
HaaaHAAA! Charming! :naww: They're a pretty small outfit, but I'll see if their budget will allow one more forum.
Checked out the Stealth Auto website... $139.95 for the SRT8 pedals (4 of them). Ultimate Pedals is selling their pedals (4 of them) (frosted smooth with domed grip insert - just like the Stealth Auto pedals, minus the SRT8 logo) for: $124.00. It APPEARS that Ultimate Pedals are thicker aluminum too. Plus, they offer matching driver side heel and passenger floor plates. What do you all suggest? Keep looking for the approx. $80 SRT8 pedals or add the ultimate pedals to my Christmas wish list?
That's WAY more than I remember paying for them. I want to say they were about $60.00. But I DO suffer from CRS. Edit: Maybe it was a Group Buy or something. Dunno.
OK. Here's what I'll do. I'll contact them, see if they want to come on board, and see if they'll do a group buy for the pedals. Sound fair?
get 22Elite on board (or are they already?). Very nice pedals. I got the full set with dead pedal (no heel guard) for $125?. 1) If you get the bumps you're just getting them for show (nothing wrong with that). The raised edges really make a huge difference. Especially if you end up having to stab at the brake and only catch the edge. 2) Momo, you might even be able to do better than $60 but those are the ones you strap on the pedals with a radiator hose clamp. If you ever get your dancing shoes underneath one of those it'll tear em to shreds. 3) Don't put your "Family at RISK!" (<-- Momo quote). Buy the real race pedals.
