Everyone. We are hosting an event we are calling the "SRT Shoot-out" in Indianapolis on March 22, 2008. ALL SRT vehicles are invited! That means You Neon SRT-4's (or Calibers?) SRT-6's Vipers SRT-10 trucks and the LX SRT-8's What is it: Drag racing We rented the O'reilly Raceway Park "ORP" (formerly known as Indianapolis Raceway Park) for a private event on March 22, 2008. Gate will open at 9:00am. Racing starts at 10:00am and runs until 4:00pm. This is a private event. The contact phone number will show up soon on the ORP website. That number is my personal cell phone. If you want in, you've got to let me know ahead of time. This is not open to the general public. Cost: $50 per car. But this is NOT FOR PROFIT. at about 60 cars we break even. Anything more than that will just go into a prize money pot. WE are absolutely capping attendance at 100 cars. Closer to 60 is realistic. That just means you'll be able to run and run and run. Bonus: This will be the season opening event for the most famous, storied dragstrip in the world. They will be spending the two weeks prior to our event completely redoing the entire 1/4 mile drag strip surface. We are paying for full professional track prep. We will be the first cars down the strip this season. Track conditions will be as good as you will ever see. So please - if you're within 250 miles or so of Indy, come on out.
