Hey guys - we need a couple more people to sign up, and we need the people who have signed up to call in their payments.

It looks like we have almost enough people, but we're way short on cash to make sure we can pay for the event.

We need your help please!!!

Matt- I have a buddy who owns a specialty Mopar, but it's not an SRT.
He may be interested, if that's an option.

If it's gotta have a factory 'SRT' on it, then so be it.

 

HELP!!!

We have 50 people signed up. We need 63 to make this fly. I'm confident we can get 13 more people to sign up.

BUT.....

Fewer than 25 have paid, and we are in danger of being forced to cancel!

We need your help getting a few more friends to sign up, and getting those who haven't paid, to call and pay.

I am sorry for the realities we are facing.

Unless everyone wants to pay $100 for a 30 car event....

300 miles away is do-able, let me see if i can round up a few more srt4/6 guys to caravan down from detroit

 

That would Rock!!! It's curious, but we don't seem to see many Detroit area SRT-8's, or anyone else for that matter. It'd be cool if you could get a small convoy to come down.

 

How many so far, do you have an updated list. I call Aaron and payed up, still need my email confirmation and ticket. Should be a blast, I hope the weather holds!!!!!!!

 

I've lost track. The list has at least 50 people on it, and there's probably at least another half dozen locals who are planning to attend, and may contact Aaron directly. Break-even is 63 participants. As of today, close to 40 people are actually paid.

So that's $2,000 and the track bill is $3,150. I'm gaining confidence we'll break even.

With 60 participants, I think one could run 30 times that day. It will be a blast!!!

I put a deposit down. It's a scratch off ticket. Aaron took it because I convinced him I just had a darn good feelin' about it.

OK everyone - the first posts have been updated with all of the people who've signed up so far - and everyone who has PAID so far.

63 is break even. 57 are on the list already, so that looks good to go.


BUT - only about 34 people of the 57 have paid.

HELP!!!!!!

We paid the track earlier this week - so this is now guaranteed to happen. I'd just not like 4 guys to be paying $500 each so everyone else can race.

I see the list is still short of the magic 63 number. I hope all goes well and people start signing up(and paying up). I am working on a few SRT 8 guys from my area.:headspin:

 

58 signed up (but only about 40 paid so far.)

Need 5 more at least....and need people to pay.

We'll get there. Appreciate your help recruiting some guys from your area.

 

Nee d an update, how many so far, just 11 days to go. Any work on poss. weather for that day.

 

We're good to go at this point no matter how many show up. Realistically - I'm thinking about 50 paid cars. So the organizers (me and a couple friends) may take it in the shorts a little - but not much.

Still too early to tell the weather.

 

10 day forcast is up through Friday...should have some idea Thursday what you might be seeing.
