Spring Fest 5: Whos Going

Nicholas and I will be there! We had a blast the last couple of years!

 

Booked the hotel (makin DAMN sure i can stay at the double tree LOL)....

I am booked for Thursday-Sunday this time.

 

I will be there.

 

My wife and I are driving from Wyoming. Thurs night through Sunday night.

if you don't stay at the doubletree then you are missing out on 75% of the event. lol

 

I'm planning on three days at the DT also...

 

I was there from Friday afternoon - Sunday late morning...i'd say if your not at the doubletree...you miss out on more like 85% lol...

and thats where you get to shoot the shit with people...most people arent hovering over their car keeping it spotless or walking around looking at displays...they are just around to BS....

unless of course your CAM who will undoubtedly find something to work on while hes there LOL

 

Its looking less and less like I'm going. Figures Madeline had to be born a week or two after the one spring fest, so every year Spring Fest is just close enough to her birthday that I look like an insensitive a-hole for blowing town to do this "car thing." That and the whole reduced income deal and I don't feel like straining a marriage over a car show. *sigh*

Sometimes I do miss being single and non-parental, much easier to be independent and spontaneous. Guess I just need to start planning some kind of meet near me so everyone has to come to ME! Haha, yeah right.

So yeah, have fun and take pictures and tell stories. Beware of dudes in tight tight pants.
