As a late 30 something'er... I'm too old to be that kind of cool.

    Looks good though. More pics?

You're obviously still a kid at heart :)

Damn, this is the first I've seen of that Green Manalishi. WOW is all I can say. It's been awhile since I've been stunned by car pics. Holy crap.

So now I feel stupid hahahahaha...

    Thanks Brother.

    Thanks Bro

Thanks for all the kind words.

    Thanks Jim

Thanks Steve, and Thanks for asking about Jared.

Jared is doing GREAT. He's still at Naval Diving and Salvage Training Center in Panama City, Florida.

After successful completion of dive school, Jared will transfer to Naval Explosive Ordnance Disposal School at Eglin Air Force Base in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. His training is broken down into specific types of ordnance:

    AIR ORDNANCE DIVISION
    Focuses on bombs and missiles

    IMPROVISED EXPLOSIVE DEVICE
    Includes “homemade bombsâ€￾

    NUCLEAR ORDNANCE DIVISION
Covers basic nuclear physics and radiation monitoring and decontamination procedures

    UNDERWATER ORDNANCE DIVISION
Emphasizes torpedoes and other underwater explosives as well as underwater search techniques

Upon completion of basic EOD training, Jared will attend 3 weeks of Basic Airborne Training at Fort Benning, Georgia where Jared will qualify as a basic parachutist.

Jared's final phase of EOD training is 3 weeks of EOD Tactical Training in San Diego, California. This will consist of helicopter insertion (fast-rope, rappel, cast and SPIE), small arms/weapons training, small unit tactics (weapons, self-defense, land navigation, and patrolling), and tactical communications (satellite and high frequency).

When it's all said and done, Jared will have completed 51 weeks of EOD training.

Jared didn't go in the Marines like his dad and older brother, (because his mother wouldn't let him) but I'm still very, very PROUD of him.

I wish Jared could attend SF 5 with me next March in Irvine, Ca. like he has done 2 times before.
