I spray....a bunch, and don't smell anything out of the ordinary. Is there any way that you are getting to much heat through the exhaust after spraying, and starting to melt stuff close to your pipes ? Is it a wet system ? Tranny fluid or Anti Freeze is the only sweet smell I can think of . Your not sprayin meth ( washer fluid are you ) That could have a different smell perhaps. I know these are not things you have not already thought of....I just need the post count, good luck.

Well that's where I was going with this.

    Burnt banana's-tranny.

    Sweet and fruity - coolant.

Definately kind of sweet rich smell. Something I've never smelled before. How could it be coolant or tranny fluid??

I smell the same thing out of mine. I just think its a combo of juice, heat, and muffler packing.

Too much fuel? More fuel than cats can handle?

Yes and I agree with Jmatt. It is definitely getting a LOT of fuel that the cats dont like:naww:. Once you get the AF leaned out a little the smell should go away.
