I went by Techco today and I was totally shocked. TECHCO is releasing the new Quiet Drive Twin Screw Blower. That's right quiet drive that means no noise what so ever.. Stay tune for the relase and video of the new QD TWINSCREW.... AT TECHCO it never stops...

Also for those who have the current twinscrew system if you want the upgrade I believe they will be offering the new system for a great deal.. Pricing to be announced shortly....

I got to hear a vet today with one. Very impressive. It's dead silent with only a hint of whine at rev. What a huge difference between the two. Great job guys!.

I would think that those of us who have the Twin Screw already would have the option for this upgrade at a "No" cost price?

You don't even get free upgrades for software any more :D.
I think you'd have a good chance with "if you got it within the last 30 or 90 days"?

Wait, wait, I want to get you started on it. sounds like a good subject either in general or this particular case. Why don't you move this part of the thread to the lounge or somewhere (or maybe for you it should go in the rants and raves?)

I agree, it's great for Techco to have a quieter option and I know they've been working on it for a bit now and are excited to get it released, but I still don't understand what the big deal is. I specifically asked to have my original blower back from porting as I LOVED the sound it made!! That is all part of putting a supercharger on a car IMO.

To each his own, and props to Techco for coming up with an option for those who want their supercharger quiet.

No big problems with the sound. When you're hitting it in WOT it sounds pretty mean, IMO.

Am curious what they did to get rid of the sound, though.
