Was at the other site and unleashedtuning has software to tune the 2006 jeeps. I directed him over to check out this site. Here is what was pm'ed between us. Will do. No numbers exist yet but will later this week. The holidays and on road testing have kept me from strapping it down. I am so happy that I have been able to make it behave the way I want. That makes it so much more gratifying to drive its awesome. __________________ Take Care, Mr. Torrie R. I don't know if they are going to be any better, but I'm sure some people will jump the Diablo ship and head to SCT.
According to what I read yesterday, the first trial Jeep SRT8 tuned with SCT software was just completed on 12/22. No LXs have been tuned that I know of.
The way I see it, no matter what route people choose whether it’s SCT or Diablo they need to seek out someone that is very good at vehicle recalibration and stick with them. My end goal is to make sure my customer has a vehicle that exhibits good behavior under all conditions so they can have fun with it. I became an SCT dealer a long time ago and have had great success using their software and hardware. That is why I personally chose to stick with them. Plus I have been the guy screaming the loudest in the background to get support for these vehicles. Nothing is worse then being in this field and have 2 vehicles you can’t recalibrate. Thank god that is finally over!!!!!
Agreed! How are the twin screw kits coming, and have you decided to release anymore specs (2.6, 2.8, etc?) Thanks Andy
It was on temp hold until we could recal it properly. So we will get cranking on it once I get my NA files nailed down. Most likely it will start out as a 2.4 but we can go up to a 3.4 if need be.
