Great Post Tam ! The Goverment can't run a damn lemonade stand but they want to control how business works. I am lucky in that I still have a lot of equity in my house but over 2 or 3 years I took a bath on it's value ( went from 309k to just a bit over 200k ) my taxes went UP. The goverments ( local and Federal ) seem to think there is a limitless supply of money that comes from US. They can't meet their fiscal requirements, raise taxes, not cut spending. I had to cut back my spending so I could pay my bills, why can't the government do that same ? Why do they feel the need to waste money on things of no real value ? The highways in this country need work, bridges and structures need work to continue to be safe. The money we spend on federal gas tax is going to pet projects vs true infrastructure. It drives me nuts -Robert
