I have just learned that one of our members, Mighty Whitey has been in a terrible accident. http://kob.com/article/stories/s217933.shtml Mike was on his way to work this morning and a Semi Truck rearended him. Mike is currently at the UNM Hospital in critical condition. Please take a moment to pray for Mike and his family. Mike is truly a GREAT guy. Our thoughts and prayers go out to you Mike, for a quick and speedy recovery. Update: Mikey is now going in for X-Rays. He has a possible broken arm. Mikey seems to be fine except for the broken arm. whew. The semi rearended him on the freeway, pushing the trunk of the skittle into the back seat. That is WAY WAY WAY better the critical condition. I still hope all is well and he gets the car fixed/replaced soon.
Yea, it was first reported critical. As for the skittle, it is totaled. The main thing is that Mikey is ok.

I am glad to hear that he is in decent shape....any time i hear SEMI and accident the level of concern shoots through the roof... I hope hes OK and makes a very speedy full recovery...

WOW.. very sorry to hear about this.. i almost didn't wanna read it when i saw that ron posted it, cuz it meant it was probably local.. then i saw semi and i was like fuck, not good.. so, anyone got the semi drivers name? when we taking his life? today? tomm.? next week? how we gonna do it? one less SRT AND an injured driver, at the fault of the other drive is UNACCEPTABLE !!!!
Glad to hear Mikey is not critcal. He was definately watched over. Added to my prayers for a speedy recovery.
Sorry it took me so long to get here, Mike helps me out a lot at the shop and have been swamped without him. He sounded good on the phone, a little bummed, but I'm sure he will be back at it soon. I will try and keep you all updated when I get more news.
too new to the site to know everyone but I'm still sad to hear someone god hit and hurt, I hope everything is ok, and I'm glad to hear he's not critical anymore
