    Came back to work after being off since the birth of my son, and Ryan hasn't said 2 words to me all day, despite the fact that I sit right behind him.

    What should I do folks?

    We don't use staples that small! Do they even make them that small? Maybe some animal vet staples they use on "HAMSTER" surgeries!

    As for me and Rick having fun... when I took leave, that effectively placed your EQ ban on hiatus. Today is my first day back at work, and my calculations show you're still banned for another day.
