I started the roll pan today.....I ordered the Urethane one from Moe's Performance....awesome quality...heavy and easy to work with. Has some style that is different from some of the steel ones I've seen that arent custom ones, Here are some pics of the progress. I've removed it and am prepping this week before I paint next weekend.

The original bumper and hitch are available for sale if anyone is interested.

    Enjoy!

Well, after several weeks, and alot of body work to smooth out the otherwise wavy urethane roll pan, and also to remove the 2 dents in my tailgate that was covered by diamond plate tailgate topper....all dents removed by welding, pulling, smooth coat, primer and complete repaint.....and debadged the gate as well as got rid of the diamond plate......so now here is the before and after shots....I'm pleased with the overall results.

Thanks everyone! It was an adventure for sure. I have modded and unmodded and remodded this truck over the years and I think Ive settled on the final finished project. She has gone thru 3 sets of various tail lights, paint work, hardware and performance mods, interior, all sorts of things ....a few stay on or with it for a few years then they get trashed or sold and something new takes its place......
