Redfox's F1 Dyno first WOT pull

    no smoke...it blew oil out of the breather line cause no catch can on the car at this moment...no biggie.

    It was liquid/mist. It came out of that can (no hose on the fitting) right behind the blower. Only thing I can think of is blow off valve? down stream from the water/meth injection?

    No. but it was just begging to be asked about...

    You're going to put a check valve on the manifold side right? Otherwise it looks like you're going to have to empty your catch can every time you drive it.

    That's a great vid though. We always talk about them "burping" N/A and blowing with FI but we've never had the "this is what it looks like video".

    Yeah, my old motor was around 450-460 on a good hot Texas day so this is going to take some getting used to.

    Probably will have to spend some time at the local 1/8th mile next week to learn how to launch it.


    Can we pull fuel or timing maybe to help keep from spinning off the line if the boost comes in at 2500 RPM???



    John said they will post dynos when they are finished tuning it...still more on the table.
