Well, I picked up my girlfriend from work, and we decided to go have morning breakfast. On the way home, I see a Mazda behind me and tailgating me pretty good. The driver I can see is alone and has no passenger. I keep going on the trek home and he pulls beside me and he paces me. I downshift into 2nd and he does and we go at it. He spools faster than I, and get about a 1/4 car and slowly keeps pulling. I shift into 3rd and my front bumper is on his rear bumper. I begin to SLOWLY make up space, when my girlfriend yells, "COP!!!" I immediately get out of gear, and she says, "Oh nevermind, I was wrong." Needless to say, I lost and that was that. He has an aftermarket exhaust from what I could tell, as it sounded healthy and it had some big ol tips on it. Silver in color too with eyelids. I only have a muffler delete and a K&N drop in filter in the car, otherwise it is stock. Good run! If I run into ya again, I will be sure to bring more to the game Gabriel
Those mazda speeds are pretty quick....and AWD too (at least the one my friend just got)....274hp i believe... always fun to see what the other lurker cars can do :thumb:
yeah, the mazda 6 is the sedan version of the 'SPEED' the mazda 3 is the hatch version of the 'SPEED' i was going to get a 3, but ended up getting my srt-4 instead.. they are pretty quick, and may be lighter than the minivan
Yea Stevo, the 6 was awd and I think you're right on the hp, right about there. They only made them for the 07 model year but maybe now with the new 6 out they'll do another one. Funny tho that instead of using their 6 cylinder motor they already have in it and pumping it out they decided to go to that turbo 4. My friend right now is looking at getting either a Mazdaspeed 3 or a VW R32, tough choice as they both have their pluses/minuses.

I had one last month tailgating me, I let him get next to me and then WOT, that was the last I seen of the lil zoom zoom pos. Waste of gas.
