Should I worry about the EDC! Has anyone ever had problems with them?

I haven't heard of anyone having EDC problems. But then I've only heard of Mighty Noid who has them.

I not so sure you couldn't have the EDC and a strut brace. No idea how far down the EDC motors have to go and how they are attached. Maybe that you can put the brace on first and then the EDC motors.

Search on lxforums for Tein. Mighty Noid had some pictures in that discussion of the motors. I think other people recounted experience with them on other types of cars they had. Can't remember if there were any recounts of motor failures.

I believe the Teins are the only ones (out of KW, Eibach, and Tein) that have both extension and compression damping adjustment -- only one of those is adjustable with the EDC.
I think the Teins have a bit more range in height adjustment -- you can get closer to stock height if you wanted.

The ride could/should be different (from the KWs or Eibachs) even with the adjustability. They are using springs with different spring rates.

And Ryan... Are you OK? I was looking forward to a flaming response of nuclear proportions. We're worried about you.

    HAHA Davey,

Thanks for the worry! I've had a lot on my mine lately and I've been trying to get a lot done. I haven't had the time to log on and joke around like usual. I've been trying to actual learn from the post instead of PUCKING it up and make an educated decision about the coil overs. It is one of those do it now and get yelled at down the road or wait, wait, wait and probably never do it type of things right now. I was hoping to have C/O's by the SF, but it isn't looking good right now. I'll have to wait and see...........................
