Today was Jared's Navy boot camp graduation in Great Lakes IL.

Wednesday Jared will start his 1 year of EOD training.

Ah, memories. My boot camp graduations from Great Lakes was in January 1967. My parents were driving up from Dayton, Ohio and got caught in a blizzard. Needless to say they didn't make it.
Don't forget Ken. The Marines are actually part of the Navy. lol

It's great to have something or someone to be proud of these days.
