I don't get any drone whatsoever. Noise? Subjective. Deeper tone as most have stated. More responsive and better pull up top. 8ish rwhp on the dyno. No drawback for me. Nothing.
if you have a truly stock exhaust system, you will have no drone, that is eliminated with the use of the rear resonators at the exhaust tips. as for sound, may be a bit deeper, but again, with all the stock components still in place behind the cats, i doubt you will hear much difference. maybe a bit at wot. as for flow, i truly can not see much increase in hp gains...... the rest of the exhaust is more restrictive than the cats.....
finally got the dreaded code p0420 with the high flows. the question is what do i disable with the diable rear heater or rear o2 sensors. i believe i saw on time that someone said rear heater not o2 sensor. if so what is the difference??? anybody know
I think Chris is correct. Remember that diablo has a forum also for questions we're stumped on: http://www.diablosport.com/ (go to support --- forums). There's also a section on here now for diablo support (in case you don't the responses you need on this thread).
i called diablo and they said turn both to off for no codes. if you turn one off the other will throw a code. not to sound mean though, i talked to a girl.
