Yeah Boy! Went to breakfast at my Moms this morning and on the way back got into it with the Porsche. We were at a light both of us in the second row. The guy was in his mid 60's and I just new he wanted to play. So the light goes green and I manage to jump around the car in front of me and about to hit the last light before one of the best sweeping left hander on-ramps I know of in Irvine. So I look in my mirror right before I get ready to stop at the light and he jumped around the car in front of him as well and lined up on my inside. Note: The inside lane is obviously better for a left hander. So the Porsche has the advantage. Long ass light and I have time to turn of ESP and plan my attack. I know Ive got to get traction and some how get around him before the 2 lane on-ramp merges to 1 lane. Ive got my hands full on this one and know its all or nothing. The light goes green and I feather into it in 1st and she's hooking up good half way around the turn were head to head but Im pulling in 2nd now and the HoP stroker is showing no mercy 3/4 thru I got him by half a car, Again I realize all or nothing cause the merge is coming so I hold the pedal to the floor and show no signs of weakness, Bam the porsche lets off! :mouth: I can tell Pops aint happy and he continues to chase me down with no luck! Finally hit a light and I look over and get a big thumbs up, Roll the window down and I hear, Damn! I cant believe what just happened! I respond "you better recognize" He smiled and my ear to ear grin has'nt faded since. Im not a porshce guy and Im not sure what that car can do but to spank him in the turns and pull on him was sick! May have been a drivers race but Ill take the Kill anyhow!!! Me: Him:

hey not trying to knock you dude but i just picked up a turbo and that thing is BALLS to the wall the fast. Accelerates hard as hell. I know you got a 392 but his 0-60 is still in the 3.2 sec range and 0-100 in the 7-8 sec range. It was prob a drivers race.
