Friday was a pretty nice day, however cloudy and nice and cool. We saw on the weather channel that RAIN was called Saturday and possibly Sunday and for Sure Monday and Tuesday. We figured this would be the day to take both of our 300SRTs just out for a cruise. Road around mostly, but stopped twice, so I took just a few pictures.

Tee's car is the Black 300 and mine is the Silver 300.

For really the FIRST TIME I got on some back roads today and let this car loose and I didn't even dare to go WOT ~ This CAR is scary FAST!

Just to be silly, I called the previous owner today and told him I got to drive it around a good part of the day..... BUT>>>>>
"I ended up in the emergency ROOM!" He said: "OMG" and I then said this...

Yup THEY ended up bringing in FOUR PLASTIC SURGEONS and NONE could figure out HOW TO GET THE SMILE OFF MY FACE!!!!

Wait a minute, you have 6 magnums, one is an SRT, THEN you have two 300 SRT of witch one is CV33s old car, a well built MONSTER!
When are you going to stop?
Find some open space to open her up, at least through the first three gears, reved out in fourth you will be going quite fast...
And I laughed hard when I read about the four surgeons!

Really happy for you and Tee, you seem to have the time of your lives!

Thanks so much EVERYONE!!! Tee and I are having the most amazing time of our lives. Me, honestly being 66 now with Heart Disease, prostate cancer and COPD; I'm LIVING FOR TODAY ~ THE HELL WITH TOMORROW!

I was telling someone the other day that I'm sure MOST FOLKs think I'm CRAZY and I can surely understand why HOWEVER ~ YOU ONLY LIVE ONCE and.... I'm having MORE FUN than when I was 18 and how many OLDER folks YOU KNOW can really say that?

IF I were to kick the bucket today ~ it'd be with a SMILE ON MY FACE!

The honest ONLY problem we are having is figuring OUT ~ WHICH KEY GOES TO WHICH CAR! ~LOL~
We finally went downtown and bought every different color "D ring" we could find to tell the Keys apart.

I did NOT know that Magnum 18" RT wheels would fit the rear of the SRTs. That IS great news for ME as I just picked up a used set of drag radials that are 18" and mounted on my stock 18" wheels from one of the magnums. I heard they would fit the back so I took my SRT to the tire shop and the guy mounted one wheel on the rear and it does fit.

NOW... hoping to take this new SuperCharged 300SRT to Thursdays Test N Tune at our local 1/8 mile drag strip. First time I have raced there and fist time since 1968 drag racing anywhere ~LOL~. I took my stock R/T Magnum with 141,000 miles and took it down the track SIX TIMES. My best time was a 9.7 @ 76 MPH> What a HOOT that was. This 300 should do quite a bit better ~LOL~

Watching the weather and it IS supposed to be nice Thursday. However a doctor's appt at the VA Hospital in Winston Salem for a major checkup so we'll see how this really turns out.

OH... and my buddy Jamie said he was tired of looking at all my keys in a huge pile so yesterday he came over and gave this KEY Rack to me that he made. Pretty cool and Yeah ~ this will be handy!!!
