That whole day I was like, "Mom, go faster, he's losing you." On the way home, I woke up from a nap because I knew from the sound of the engine/tranmission that she was in the triple digits. I already have my request in and approved for that weekend off. Actually prob drive out Friday morning if I can find myself a hotel close to the event. Will be staying the whole weekend and returning Sometime Sunday

wont be attending the 19th isnt looking too good right know Sunday on our way back from Denver in the blizard we had the misses Cavalier we were in got in a accadent at the NM/CO boarder a piece of Ice that fell off the back of a 18wheeler was in the middle of the road on the last mi of CO the roads were snow packed and there was the concrete divider and a horse trailer we were passing and because of the slippery conditions there was no way i was gonna swerve to miss it. so I hit it and that smashed the trans pan and the transmission held together long enough for us to finish getting up the pass and then we coasted 17mi. into Raton. I assested the damaged and had the car toed to Las Vegas NM were her dad picked us up and came back on monday to get the car. We just got back from the repair place and heres the verdic crack in the engine crack in transmission undercarage crattle bent floor board bent exhaust pipe smashed bumper is offset there telling us that they'll get back with us this evening, if they cant find parts to fix it, then they'll have to total it. i saw the damage just from a piece of ice and i think the car is gone. so this weekend i'll be shopping for a new car for the misses that will put a hole in our pockets for a while so i dont think we'll be attending the car show the point is were both ok and no one else got hurt

everything will be ok cars can be replace but people cant. I know if i had swerved, or hit it with the tire, i would have ended up in the wall or ran that horse trailer off the road. that was my fraction of a second decision
