    Low coolant?

    T-Stat may be going bad?

    Any physical leaks? Water pump?

Yeah check your fluid level if you low in fluid check your pump for any signs of leaks.
I know when mine was leaking it around that same mileage and had overheating problems. i ended up needing a new pump

And if you need a new T-stat go to napa and get part number 153 it’s a 180T-stat

Awesome. when I read the OP before scrolling down I was thinking t-stat. I am still on my original t-stat and cap. 72k. "Knock on wood"

    Replace the t-stat with a 180 degree one :)

I'm on original cap still, I'm at 55k but I replaced the t-stat long time ago not because it was going bad but for a cooling performance "upgrade".
