A friend of mine called and said he sold his 09 Challenger SRT8 and wanted to know if I wanted to buy his DUB "BOMBER" wheels. They are about four months old and about 800 miles on them. He said he paid around $4000 for them and will give me a great deal if I'm interested. I looked them up on some sites but found NO prices on these. Here is the info on them. Fronts: 22x9 with 265x35x22 Nittros Rears: 22x10.5 with 295x30x22 Nittros They include the TPMs and lug nuts. I was wondering about clearance issues on my Mag SRT, especially the 22x10.5 on the rear??? All comments and opinions are appreciated. Thanks, Jim
you will not run into clearance issues jim. this is the same size tire and wheel combo i run, as well as many others. as for price, no clue about these wheels....
Another friend just called and said the wheels run $510 each and he has Nitto tires.... are these good? Also heard NOW that the TPMs from the 09 & 10 will NOT work on your display in and 06 ~ anyone know if this is TRUE???? I'd like to check 'em out tomorrow IF we don't get the 2-4 inches of SNOW the weatherman is calling for! The picture above IS them on his 09 Challenger! Love the look!!!
Nice looking wheel. If the price is right, jump on em. Dunno about the TPM's working or not, but you could always just swap yours to those wheels. Nitto makes a good tire, it's what i run.
Thanks for the replys and info guys.... I still want to check them out today; just wondering what weather we are going to have ~ no one seems to know IF we will just get rain or snow. Probably call him later anyway... he lives in the same town at least! Got the OK from my wife TEE, now just gotta come up with the money!
Even though the weather was bad (snowing), I went to check out these wheels and brought them home! Nice lip on them; FRONT LIP 6 1/2" and REAR LIP 8 1/2". Placed a 5 dollar bill on the rear one for reference! So I could NOT wait to clean them before taking pictures! Can't wait to try 'em out on my Mag SRT!!!
Dang it two inches of SNOW last night... can't seem to get a break on the weather here so I can get anything done! What a MESS!
