Bring em' over here Juan, the Orlando folks. We are more then fair here.

I have 9 pin to usb converters here at the house. I know for a fact they don't work with Windows Vista. But should work with all other Windows.

For a puppet account I think Danny was perma-banned.

    Tampa is pretty quiet...

Danny likes to get banned atleast so far that I know of he's been banned on FLSRTOC and SRTF.

Vista, I like it but its a bit complicated from all the other Windows. The problem with Vista is that its picky, very picky making things difficult and a PITA.

J/K, yeah I hope they do as they really do need to. Its not compatible with anything really and when it is, its still picky.

Danny is only banned for a month (that's what the rules say a first offense is) and his puppet account is banned for life. He'll be able to post again I think on the 29th of this month

I think you guys will like it. I just learned how to tune with it today and it's pretty sweet.

So is it even worth buying a tune for 80 dollars or just tunning it yourself.? Since its easy.

    ^^^ what he said...
I think you need a can tune when you change things up if it's drastic i suppose. i'll be stock turbo for a bit till I can save up some money for a bigger turbo

The only reason I would buy an 80 dollar tune is if you don't know how to tune and/or have anyone to tune for you or if you absolutely need to upgrade your internal settings for big mods like fuel systems, turbos or anything that seriously alters the setup since only a CMR dealer can change those settings.

If all you want to do is adjust fuel, it's easier than an safc and you could probably do it yourself. But if you want to start fiddling with the other stuff, that's what will start making the predator complicated.

Correct. Nemo made a thread about information to give him when he makes a canned tune in his sticky's on SRTF. Things like turbos, sensors, fprs, rails, injectors or anything like that, is what he asks for. If you changed anything big from that list, then I'd say get a canned tune and adjust it from there. Otherwise you're stock turbo with mild bolt on's, I would just use the 93 tune it comes with.

If you need to adjust fuel, like I said it's easy. You have 1k rpm increments and there's a bar that labels the far left as rich and the far right as lean for each 1k rpm sector. All you do is move the cursor over in 0.5% increments towards whichever direction you want to go and that's it.

For example, I flashed the tune yesterday to my car with the new internal settings changed for my turbo and fuel system. AFRS were at 10.0 (I'm at about 20-21psi of boost). So I went into the menu and selected performance tune/custom tune (select the tune)/modify tune/WOT fuel, and then select which rpm range you want to change. I moved it 15% towards lean, across all the rpm ranges and then exit out and it prompts you to rewrite the tune and follow the on screen directions and you're set and I'm now at 11.2-11.3 with no knock. For you, you would select diablosport tune instead of custom tune though and select 93 tune. So I could use a datalogger and fine tune the fuel or eye it in each rpm range if I wanted to, until I got my desired afrs (assuming my knock still stays under control). But I just wanted to show that the concept is really simple. I'm not touching the timing adjustment or anything that I don't know about, because that's like I said where it becomes complicated.
