OFFICIAL Momo Vortech Tracking Thread

Oh! Forgot this update:

Vortech was kind enough to reinstall my hiflow cats for me and re-dyno, etc...

I gained HP (unknown amount at this time) but lost a little torque (this happened with Drew's car before the blower install).

I can NOT WAIT to slap my baby into autostick and let her run through the gears... oh man... good night folks.

Heh, just a piece of paper with typed words on it. Or even just up on a website. Something more than "I think they said anything touched by oil"...

Which got me to thinking. How do we know any of you even have cars with blowers in them? Maybe they all got burned up in some terrible shop fire? VIDEOs would probably do the trick, oh wait, you were going to do that with Drew today :whistle:

 

He11 no.... guess HE was too BUSY again to get some fids for his fellow Forum Members... Didn't even get as much as a phone call... Guess I am going to have to go and buy a freakin' camcorder to do it myself....

 

Its now 12:10am on Saturday... I just got done messing with the car, taking folks for rides... and... installing my special hood emblem! Pics will follow later today (Saturday) of the Vortech visit as well as what I did in the garage.

Thanks to Albert for picking John and I up and for taking care of my OEM wheels/tires.

The chromed wheels look AWESOME imo... I've fallen in love all over again!

The whine from the blower is VERY noticeable on my car... sounds like a turbine!

Also, had my first "race", which I'll post in a new thread!

She pulls hard from 3000 and up. Breaks traction nicely into 2nd... will have to run with Rick, Ryan and Drew for a real test... but regardless, the car feels AWESOME!

dammit Jason, can you learn how to scale your pics? If you're using photobucket you can select 800x600 (15" screen) somewhere (account options?). Then it will automatically scale them for you when you upload them. Everybody will love you for it.

Anyone with the SC setup running a BT catch can? If so are there any fitment issues? Thought I had read somewhere it had to be relocated but I searched with no luck.
